Investment Accounting Manager

• Oversee accounting and reporting for investment assets across multiple licensed entities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Accountants, ensuring skill transfer and growth.
• Ensure accurate, timely capture and reporting of investment transactions.
• Review and prepare investment instructions, ensuring compliance with policies and mandates.
• Take accountability for the review and allocation of investment returns across portfolios.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements, risk management, and adherence to internal controls.

• Degree in Financial Management or Accounting.
• Completed articles/traineeship.
• Professional qualification (CA / CFA / ACCA / CIMA) is advantageous.
• 7–10 years’ experience in accounting and/or investments.
• 3–5 years’ management experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
