My client specialising in innovative financial solutions has the position of Chief Financial Officer available. Must have at least 5 years as a CFO from Financial Services reporting into board.The successful canidate must have:
  • 5 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer within the Financial Services Industry.
Duties:
  • Provide effective Management and Financial information to EXCO.
  • Planning process including annual budget, 3 year plan and forecasting.
  • Risk Management.
  • Asset Management.
  • Year End Audit.
  • Company TAX.
  • Manage working capital.
  • Adhoc functions.
