- Overseeing project execution from dispatch to customer satisfaction
- Developing service procedures and applying best practices
- Managing customer relationships and resolving technical queries
- Coordinating budgets, business plans, and cost analysis
- Contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Trade-tested in Diesel, Auto-Electrical, Forklift, or related discipline
- Matric + 3-year tertiary qualification (Business qualification is an advantage)
- Strong experience in material handling equipment servicing
- Proven track record at senior management level
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational involvement
- Hands-on leadership with a knack for motivating teams and achieving results
