Job Description :Are you a strategic thinker with strong operational leadership skills? Do you have a passion for driving performance, leading service teams, and delivering technical excellence? If so, this could be your next career move.As Service Manager, you’ll report directly to the Operations Director and be responsible for:
  • Leading and mentoring the technical service team
  • Driving service excellence, performance management, and team development
  • Overseeing project execution from dispatch to customer satisfaction
  • Developing service procedures and applying best practices
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving technical queries
  • Coordinating budgets, business plans, and cost analysis
  • Contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Trade-tested in Diesel, Auto-Electrical, Forklift, or related discipline
  • Matric + 3-year tertiary qualification (Business qualification is an advantage)
  • Strong experience in material handling equipment servicing
  • Proven track record at senior management level
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational involvement
  • Hands-on leadership with a knack for motivating teams and achieving results
