- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency across departments.
- Implement policies, procedures, and departmental structures to support organisational growth.
- Build and manage a call centre, establishing infrastructure, processes, and performance systems.
- Coordinate communication between the Events Department and the rest of the company to ensure alignment.
- Oversee data management and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Ensure effective registration systems and processes are in place for all events and conferences.
- Support senior leadership in making informed business decisions with accurate reporting and insights.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are followed through and completed.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar senior administrative/operations role within a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Assertive, decisive, and able to take a no-nonsense approach when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to introduce new systems and structures effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
