Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US time zoneOverview:The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts in trucking, property & casualty, manufacturing, and construction insurance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.Manage day-to-day client requests, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.Support producers and executives with quoting, proposals, and account set-up.Maintain client data in Momentum (AMS) and Go High Level/Salesforce (CRM).Ensure timely delivery of insurance documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.Qualifications:2+ years insurance experience (preferred in trucking or commercial P&C).Excellent spoken and written English.Experience with AMS/CRM systems (Momentum, Salesforce, Go High Level a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom Phone/RingCentral.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Coachable, trustworthy, and eager to grow with the company.
