- You have strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and lead change at executive level;
- You have the ability to blend strategic vision with operational execution, moving seamlessly from boardroom strategy to hands-on delivery.
- You have a master's degree in HR, business, industrial psychology, etc.;
- You have a minimum of 10 years current, relevant experience in strategic HR leadership positions where your track record speaks for itself;
- You have a proven track record in designing and delivering people strategies that drive business success;
- You have expertise across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent, engagement and retention;
- You have a deep knowledge of HR technology, digitisation of services and process automation;
- You have experience in complex, high-performance industries such as financial services, asset management or management consulting. No parastatal or manufacturing experience would work in this environment.
