As a Client Success Trainer, you will not just teach clients how to use software. You will become a trusted partner in their journey to adopt AI-powered tools that improve productivity, lead generation, and business outcomes.You will deliver engaging, easy-to-follow training sessions (virtually and occasionally in person), ensure clients are set up correctly on our systems, and support them in real-time as they begin using the tools. Most importantly, you will build strong relationships with each client, helping them feel confident and supported from day one.This role combines technical enablement, client relationship management, and light-touch consultative sales, making it ideal for someone who is people-focused and excited about the potential of AI.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions for clients using our AI-powered lead generation tools
  • Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring clients feel confident, supported and successful
  • Understand client goals and adapt training sessions to help them maximise tool usage and results
  • Maintain accurate tracking of client progress, feedback and engagement
  • Proactively identify clients who may benefit from further support or advanced training
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up to date with new AI features and platform improvements, and communicate these clearly to clients
  • Work closely with product, sales and support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional features or services when appropriate
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in training, onboarding, customer success or a similar role
  • A genuine passion for helping people understand and adopt new technology
  • Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
  • A natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Comfortable learning and explaining digital tools, especially AI-based platforms
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM or training platforms is beneficial
  • Multilingual skills (particularly Spanish) are a plus but not essential
