This role is all about bringing the numbers to life. You’ll manage reporting, compliance, and controls while guiding a small team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and ensuring financial stability, this is an opportunity to showcase both your technical ability and leadership skills.
Other duties include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Overseeing reconciliations and journals
- Driving compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Supporting audits and tax submissions
- Supervising and mentoring finance staff
- Completed BCom degree
- 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting or audit
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous)
- Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred)
