- Must be able to manipulate and understand excel sheets
- Working Knowledge of FCP and or Premier Pro
- Advance knowledge of formats and aspect ratio
- Will work on excel sheets to identify formats visually and update sheets.
- Report Problems on media
- Working with various departments across the media platform
- Developing accountability by managing your time, meeting deadlines, and delivering on expectations.
- Supporting the department’s daily operational tasks, maintaining organised files and clear communication.
- Demonstrates mutual respect and builds trust through honesty and ethical conduct
- Shows commitment and discipline by fully supporting decisions and pursuing targets with resilience
- Communicates openly and clearly while collaborating effectively as a team player

- Diploma in Audiovisual Communication, Expert Knowledge in Formats and Aspect Ratio
- Intermediate English language proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring thorough and careful completion of tasks
- Ability to monitor and follow up on delegated assignments and projects effectively
- Commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking and applying new knowledge and skills
- Effective participation in meetings, considering the needs and contributions of others
- Good planning and organising skills to manage tasks and ensure efficient work completion
- Must be under the age of 35
- Candidates who have previously participated or are currently engaged in a SETA-funded internship are not eligible.
