Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in updating website content (text, images, links, banners, products etc).
  • Perform regular content checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency across web pages to ensure brand alignment & SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate & coordinate with internal teams to update & publish promotions, landing pages, campaign content, routine website maintenance tasks, updates, integrations and documentation.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts to swiftly address and resolve website issues.
  • Conduct basic quality assurance and testing across devices and browsers.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing digital initiatives.
  • Customer service & operational support: Collaborate with customer service & operations to provide support for daily operations within the business unit and to resolve user issues related to the website.

Qualifications:
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with using websites and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Wix).
  • Basic understanding of web principles and practices (HTML/CSS, SEO, responsive design) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of website structure, page layouts, and content formatting
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Google Docs, spreadsheets &
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Interest in user experience, digital marketing, or analytics.
