- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer relevant and helpful assistance
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering service that is clear, supportive, and solutions-focused
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Strong command of English for internal communication
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus
