If so, we invite you to apply for the Outpatient Therapy Manager position at the Palesa Department at Nurture Aurora.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Outpatient Therapy Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Occupational Therapy services within the Palesa outpatient program. You will drive service quality, ensure coordinated care across disciplines, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journeys.This position is ideal for someone who is dynamic, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment where interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement are key to success.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinical and operational leadership to the outpatient therapy team.
Manage day-to-day functioning of therapy services across disciplines.
Ensure effective assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for all outpatients.
Use outcome data to guide clinical decision-making and drive improvements.
Maintain compliance with all relevant health regulations and quality standards.
Engage patients and families to promote self-management, continuity of care, and empowerment.
Foster partnerships with external providers and community-based services.
Champion innovation and service development to enhance access and impact.
Lead and support professional development and performance of therapy staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Up-to-date registration with the HPCSA (independent practitioner) as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
Proven experience in the rehabilitation of neural, orthopaedic, and spinal-cord injuries.
Previously managed a team comprising of more than 5 people.
