- Filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the office procedures
- Maintaining client files in good order, collating documents
- Inputting time recording, financial and client information on the office case management system
- To prepare correspondence and enclosures for posting
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning, emailing
- To prepare bundles of documents
- To occasionally hand-deliver documents when necessary
- To take minutes or notes of meetings as required
- To prepare other documents and materials as directed
- To make appointments and arrange meetings
- To ensure the confidentiality of the firm’s and clients’ information and documentation
- To comply with office procedures and policies
