- Assist with the coordination and delivery of a range of projects and regular events. This will include producing and keeping updated on project plans, arranging meetings and ensuring projects delivered to agreed timescales.
- Assist with for all administrative support required by the department in respect of the legislative requirements (registration of RE/COB/CPD)
- Work closely with relevant SETAs and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all required documentation for the audits are readily available.
- Administration required on WSP & ATR submission and preparation for BEE skills development
- Coordination of annual mandatory training calendar
- Accurately data capture every training engagement in line with the Seta reporting requirements (capturing learners' info onto database, and BI tool)
- Create and manage reports and tools to track learners progress and results.
- Uploading and updating the training data on BEE Skills and WSP templates.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.
- Communication to all learners on all activities as per rollout plan
- Ensure completion of learnership agreements and submission thereof.
- Arrange training and remediation session with stakeholders.
- Internal Audit & QA on receipt of learners POE in readiness for external and internal verification.
- Provide support to line managers in respect to co-odination of learners to and from the training environment – (communication to managers in terms of register, scheduling and learner feedback)
- Must have a matric qualification
- HR Diploma or related training qualification (Preferable)
- 2 – 3 years' experience in administration of skills development and training
- Understanding of the training environment
- Basic understanding of BCEA and Skills development Act
- Microsoft Office including excel, word and outlook – must be at intermediate to advanced level
- Have a good attendance record
- Should not have any warnings and should not be on any performance programs
