Quality Assurance Officer

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits to evaluate product quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Experience with conducting inspections, audits, and quality data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is preferred.
