Full-Time PositionAre you a dynamic multitasker with a passion for organization and a knack for sales? We’re looking for an Office Admin clerk who brings both administrative excellence and sales savvy to our growing team.What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations with precision and professionalism
- Manage and update the Lay-by book, ensuring that sufficient stock is available and that customers are updated.
- Support the sales team with layby tracking, client follow-ups, and customer updates
- Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy, ensuring top-notch customer service
- Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties
- Minimum qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong background in sales or customer engagement
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
