- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the recruitment sector.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for client success.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process and industry trends is a plus.
