This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented culinary professional who takes pride in crafting high-quality pastries, breads, and baked goods within a refined hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare a wide range of pastries, breads, desserts, and baked items to the highest standardAssist in the design and development of dessert menus and bakery offeringsEnsure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all baked itemsManage baking schedules to ensure timely preparation and deliveryMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry and baking sectionOversee stock control and assist in ordering baking supplies as neededWork closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to align with overall culinary goalsRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar pastry or baking role within a luxury environmentFormal culinary or patisserie training preferredStrong technical skills in baking and dessert preparationCreative flair with a keen eye for detail and presentationAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as requiredThis role offers the chance to contribute to a high-end culinary experience in a renowned estate setting.
