Finance Business Partner

• Lead cost and management accounting with a strong focus on variable costing
• Be a SAP Costing Superuser: managing stocks, materials control, and ensuring system accuracy
• Partner with operations to review BOM models and support trade-off analysis between cost, incremental volume, and margin
• Develop cost models to identify key cost drivers and support scenario planning, benchmarking, and optimisation
• Deliver accurate month-end reporting under strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Provide forward-looking insights through budgets, forecasts, and projections with clear business impact
• Present confidently to senior management, turning complex data into actionable strategies
• Drive governance, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and strengthen financial decision-making

• BCom Accounting and CIMA (strong perference) or CA(SA)
• 3+ years in cost/management accounting or finance business partnering
• Proven SAP superuser skills (costing and stock management)
• Strong data analytics skills (advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools a plus)
• Experience in continuous production/manufacturing environments
• Confident communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
