Someone who can turn costing insights into strategy, present to senior management with confidence, and partner closely with a dedicated Business Unit to drive decisions that have a direct impact on the bottom line.This is a role for a finance professional with a questioning mind, who is not afraid to challenge, dig deeper, and asks the right questions while building strong relationships with results-driven BU Managers in a demanding but highly rewarding environment.Key Focus Areas:
Lead cost and management accounting with a strong focus on variable costing
Be a SAP Costing Superuser: managing stocks, materials control, and ensuring system accuracy
Partner with operations to review BOM models and support trade-off analysis between cost, incremental volume, and margin
Develop cost models to identify key cost drivers and support scenario planning, benchmarking, and optimisation
Deliver accurate month-end reporting under strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Provide forward-looking insights through budgets, forecasts, and projections with clear business impact
Present confidently to senior management, turning complex data into actionable strategies
Drive governance, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives
Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and strengthen financial decision-making
What You’ll Need:
BCom Accounting and CIMA (strong perference) or CA(SA)
3+ years in cost/management accounting or finance business partnering
Proven SAP superuser skills (costing and stock management)
Strong data analytics skills (advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools a plus)
Experience in continuous production/manufacturing environments
Confident communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines
