Fitter Assistant

• Assist artisans during general maintenance and breakdowns. • Assist on improvements and new installations and/or modifications to the plant & equipment. • Collections and delivery of spares, gas & diesel • General lubrication and greasing • Assist with plant set up. • Assistance on conveyor belts. • Cleaning of reactors and equipment for repairs • Replacement of lights and general painting in & around the plant.

• Grade 12 with completed N2 Mechanical Fitter qualification. • Mechanical training would be an advantage. • Technical knowledge. • Must be able to work at heights or in confined spaces. • Must be prepared to work overtime as and when required. • Must be prepared to work standby as and when required.
