- Maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Removal and installation of pumps, gearboxes and other plant equipment
- Responsible for maintenance of plant specific equipment
- Overhauling of equipment to OEM specification
- Manage SAP work order system management
- Adhere to safety, health and environmental issues
- Daily routine walkabouts - flagging equipment risks to Supervisor
- Attend to breakdowns
- Provide routine weekly and monthly reports
- N3 (Fitting trade theory, Engineering Drawings, Math, Engineering Science)
- Fitter Trade Test Certificate
- 3 years' experience in a relevant heavy industry
- At least 3 years Fitting experience
- Pulp and paper equipment knowledge will be advantageous
- Overhead Crane License
- Forklift License
- High speed package will be advantageous
