- Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with ACDC Express’s mission, vision, and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine and position the ACDC Express brand effectively.
- Ensure brand messaging is clear, consistent, and resonates with the target audience across all channels.
- Campaign Management and Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, sponsorships and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, sales and owners, to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Brand Communication and Collaboration
- Product Launches and Promotions - Lead branding efforts for new product launches, ensuring clear communication of unique selling points and alignment with brand strategy.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, response and execution of tickets logged, quality of briefs and managing resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, facilitating communication and idea-sharing among team members to maximize creativity and productivity.
- Provide strong leadership to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where each member feels empowered to contribute their best work.
- Financial & Fund Management
- Education: Marketing qualification or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft suite and familiarity with design principles, typography, and colour theory, reporting and administration.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a commitment to producing professional-quality design work.
- Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other staff members, franchise owners, sales and supplier team.
