- Deliver change initiatives aligned to a multi-year finance transformation roadmap.
- Partner with finance leaders, programme managers, and technology teams to embed sustainable change.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies across Group Finance.
- Translate complex SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations into clear change journeys for finance professionals.
- Develop change impact assessments, training plans, and readiness metrics.
- Proven change management experience within large-scale finance or ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, and reporting (banking/financial services preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or similar ERP platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with influence at senior levels.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
