- Manage and grow a regional B2B portfolio in the Inland region
- Drive revenue, volume, and customer loyalty across key accounts
- Identify and implement new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management
- Ensure credit processes are followed for all customer accounts
- Build relationships across distributors, food service, and manufacturing sectors
- Negotiate profitable B2B contracts based on competitor and market analysis
- Support marketing with trade promotions and brand visibility at industry events
- Present market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Submit accurate reports on customer, trade, and market performance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong knowledge of fats and oils
- Background in sales and marketing within the airline, food service, or hospitality industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who is results-driven and customer-focused
- Confident, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Technical understanding of fats and oils or the ability to learn quickly
