Client Solutions Manager (Permanent, Full-Time)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Solutions Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in South Africa. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, and drive business growth through strategic account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for client success to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support their business goals.Develop and propose customized solutions to address client challenges, leveraging company products and services.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless campaign or project execution.Monitor and analyze client campaigns or projects, proactively identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.Conduct presentations and educational sessions for clients and stakeholders to showcase solutions and strategies.Maintain accurate client records and manage interactions using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ensure compliance with South Africas Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) when handling client data.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to client needs.Achieve client satisfaction and retention targets, contributing to revenue growth and upsell opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized South African institution.1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of digital advertising, logistics, or financial services is an advantage, depending on the industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional South African languages (e.g., Afrikaans, isiZulu) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Reliable high-speed internet connection for hybrid or remote work, if applicable.South African citizenship or valid work permit.Understanding of South African data protection regulations (e.g., POPIA) is beneficial.Salary and BenefitsSalary Range: ZAR 25,00070,000 per month, based on experience, qualifications, and industry.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid and pension contributions.Paid time off, including South African public holidays.Access to training and certification programs (e.g., CRM or digital marketing courses).Opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.Dynamic work environment with exposure to cutting-edge solutions and technologies.
