The Application Specialist provides expert functional support, and system optimisation guidance across enterprise applications between various business functions such as Finance, HR, L&D, compliance, Operations and Workshops, with a key focus on ensuring business needs are met through stable and scalable applications. The role engages deeply with business users, leads documentation and testing efforts, and manages vendor deliverables for assigned platforms. This role ensures application stability and effectiveness through strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, documentation management, and testing oversight.
