A leading international provider of higher education in human performance and sports science is seeking a skilled IT Systems Operations Executive to join their in-office team in Stellenbosch. With a global presence and a strong digital infrastructure, the institution delivers innovative education solutions across multiple continents, both online and in-person.
This role is central to ensuring robust IT operations, secure systems, and seamless technical support. Youll be responsible for managing servers, enforcing IT policies, supporting system integrations, and contributing to future-focused tech development.🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee system administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and related platforms.
  • Lead IT infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and automation efforts.
  • Contribute to IT policy development and project implementation.
✠Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT systems administration or operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows, Salesforce, and networking.
  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or CISSP.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and experience with cybersecurity frameworks.
🎯 Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, instructional design, and accessibility standards.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
