Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations and team success?A busy Durban-based Fitment Center, located within a leading automotive dealership and part of a well-established group, is looking for an experienced Fitment Center Manager with Netstar tracking expertise to take charge and drive performance!What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee and manage a team of skilled Fitment Technicians.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Fitment Center.
Handle stock replenishment, stock control, and invoicing with precision.
Drive efficiency through analytical decision-making and problem-solving.
Maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service.What We’re Looking For:Previous Fitment Center Management experience (essential).
Strong working knowledge of Netstar tracking systems.
Proven track record in managing teams of technicians.
Analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills.
