- Lead,supervise, aand motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets
- Plan & coordinate daily delivery schedules, and dispatch operations
- Process & manage incoming orders and work instructions efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Ensure all company vehicles are clean, serviced and roadworthy
- Oversee quality control of all modifications and warehouse output
- Conduct regular stock counts, and manage inventory accuracy
- Implement & enforce health & safety protocols
- Monitor & Improve warehouse workflows and operational efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train new staff & conduct ongoing skills development for the team
- Prepare & submit regular reports on stock levels, deliveries, and team performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues & implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and software tools to track inventory and performance
- 5 years experience in warehouse/operations management
- Fluent in english & afrikaans
- Must have own reliable transport
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
