- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support project management functions, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Perform gap analysis and propose practical, effective solutions.
- Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, to support new initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test plans and test case development.
- Monitor project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Provide post-implementation support and assess solution impact.
- Assist with strategic planning, change management, and training initiatives.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and contribute to RFP/RFI processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies during implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of business process modelling and improvement techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP.
