Platform Management & Optimisation:
Execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc
Audit accounts monthly; implement conversion tracking (GTM/tagging), budget pacing, and bid strategies
Enforce platform best practices and performance-driven optimisationsData Analysis & Reporting:
Use Looker Studio to build dashboards, analyse KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS), and derive actionable insights
Deliver performance reports by the 3rd working day monthlyTechnical Execution:
Configure campaigns aligned with lead gen, sales, or awareness objectives
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure pixel/tag accuracy
Maintain Google Ads certifications (all core exams required)Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Technical Aptitude: You live in ad platforms—not design tools
Analytical Rigor: Strength in data interpretation, QA, and problem-solving
Process-Oriented: Detail-focused with zero tolerance for errors
Certifications: Active Google Ads certifications (non-negotiable)
Background: Degree in Marketing/Business OR hands-on PPC experience
