• Inventory management
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment.Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimise stock losses and maintain optimal stock levels
• Visual merchandising- Ensure the store layout and product displays are visually appealing and aligned with the company's brand image. Regularly update and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers and drive sales.
• Store operations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety standards. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage store budgets and expenses, working to achieve cost-effective operations.
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard the store against theft and shrinkage.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management. Proven experience as a retail fashion store manager or similar managerial role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising.Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales and operational improvements.
• Drivers licence and own vehicle an advantage
