Position: Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)Location: NationalAluma Capital strives to be South-Africa’s leading Asset and Fund Management Company. We provide several private investment options to our clients, including Private Equity, Global Note and insurance products.Who are we looking for?A Financial Advisor (financial agent / broker) who will be responsible for selling the Company’s financial services to new clients and will facilitate business growth.Why work for us?

Requirements

2 or more years’ experience as a Financial Advisor within the financial services industry, life and investment essential.
Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent Essential.
120 FAIS credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management, CFP preferred.
RE 5 certificate.
Proven sales track record.

Duties

Communicating with clients, including phone calls, e-mails and personal meetings.
Presenting the Company’s products and conducting sales.
Conduct customer needs analysis and advise accordingly.
Provide feedback on daily activities (calls, appointments, sales etc.)
Develop and maintain client network.
Use company’s resources and expertise to analyse client needs.
Facilitate additional lead generation.
Work in CRM, keeping client’s information complete and up to date.
Undergo necessary scheduled trainings and upskilling sessions.
