Now, they’re looking for a commercially driven Sales & Account Manager to lead their aftermarket services growth across Southern Africa.Your Role: Technical Sales Meets Account LeadershipAs the go-to regional Sales & Account Manager, you'll own a high-impact portfolio of mining clients across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. You’ll be responsible for driving aftermarket service revenue, from proactive account development to technical solution selling.Your Day-to-Day:Serve as the key contact for aftermarket spares, upgrades, and service solutionsManage and grow key mining accounts while reactivating dormant customersIdentify and close service opportunities to boost site performance and uptimeVisit client sites (approx. 3 per week) to build strong, consultative relationshipsAudit customer equipment and recommend service actions using Power BI & Dynamics 365Lead RFQs, quotes, and negotiation processes with internal supportCollaborate with senior sales leaders to identify capital equipment referralsLog all sales and service activities via CRM for visibility and performance trackingWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent growth in aftermarket service sales and customer retentionTechnical credibility in all solution design and service recommendationsHigh-quality CRM reporting and pipeline visibilityStrong site-level relationships and commercial influenceRequirementsYou're a Great Fit If You Have…A technical qualification (Mechanical / Electrical / Millwright / Fitter & Turner)3–5 years of hands-on experience in mining or heavy industrial environments2+ years in technical B2B sales, service delivery, or aftermarket account managementA proven ability to build trust with site managers, engineers, and operatorsCRM fluency and comfort navigating systems like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power BIA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.Bonus Points For:Experience in field sales or technical consultingKnowledge of mill relining systems or capital mining equipmentContacts within the hard rock mining industryBenefitsCompensation & Perks
