ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Production Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department. This includes managing a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high quality standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and supervise a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and address any maintenance needs
Train new employees on production processes and procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment for the production team

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
