SITE FOREMAN - EASTERN CAPE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage all teams, subcontractors, SMMES, employees and plant on site
Planning of day to day activities on site
Setting out of the works
Basic survey (site levels etc.)
Meet deadlines in accordance with the approved construction programme
Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivities
Ensure work activities are carried out in accordance with construction drawings, instructions and specifications
Ensure all quality control criteria is met
Enforce OH&S and environmental control on site as per the approved OH&S and Environmental Management Plan
Complete daily reports
Attend site related meetings if and when required

Qualification requirements advantageous

NQF 4 – Supervision of Civil Engineering Construction Processes
NQF 5 – Labour Intensive Construction Processes (NQF LIC 5)
5 years of experience
Proven track record
Valid drivers license
No criminal record
Experience to include civil construction in concrete, roadwork and or pipeline contracts
