Someone who:
- Holds a BCom in Accounting or Finance (Honours or working towards CA(SA)/CIMA is a plus).
- Brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Has practical exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Possesses a solid understanding of IFRS standards and regulatory compliance.
- Is a natural leader, with proven experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
