Now we're looking for a high-performance Key Account Manager (KAM) to help drive our next stage of commercial expansion.This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment where you'll work with some of the strongest stakeholders in the retail industry, be challenged and positioned for personal and professional growth.Role OverviewAs a KAM, you'll manage key retail accounts end-to-end - from merchandising execution to sell-in meetings with buyers. You'll be the direct link between our brands and the customer, responsible for ensuring stores are well-executed, products move off shelf, and relationships are strategically developed.Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and manage strong relationships with retail buyers
  • Lead meetings, present ranges, and sell in new products
  • Act as the main contact and account owner
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and expand listings
2. Order Management and Delivery Execution
  • Capture and process customer orders
  • Liaise with logistics partners
  • Ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Manage communication with customers on order status
3. Merchandise Management and In-Store Execution
  • Oversee store-level merchandising across accounts
  • Coordinate with merchandisers and ensure POS setup
  • Manage new product rollouts and in-store launches
  • Monitor planogram compliance and resolve issues
4. Customer Engagement and Activation
  • Plan and conduct retail staff training
  • Coordinate with retailer marketing and social media teams
  • Initiate and manage in-store activations and promotions
  • Stimulate sell-through with appropriate strategies
5. Sales Analysis, Reporting and Strategy
  • Track sales performance by SKU and customer
  • Identify gaps and make range recommendations/ adjustments
  • Collaborate internally to align on product, supply, and marketing
  • Propose campaigns or initiatives to drive performance
Required Experience and Expertise
We are looking for a candidate who has:
  • Experience in Key Account Management, Sales Executive, or a similar role in FMCG, toys or retail
  • Experience managing large retail customers/ partners
  • Proven ability to work independently and own an account end-to-end
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Advantageous: stock planning or financial experience
