My client is in search of a Senior Financial Accountant to join their established manufacturing company located in Cape Town’s bustling CBD. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead financial reporting, ensure compliance, and contribute directly to the financial health and strategic direction of the business. If you're ready to make an impact in a high-performance, fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from youPrepare accurate financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Support external audits and ensure tax compliance
Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations
Analyse financial data and report key insights to management
Develop and maintain internal financial controls
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
Use ERP systems and Excel to streamline reporting and data managementQualification:
ACMA,CGMA or AGA(SA) or PA(SA) or
