In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customers with the SolidWorks product portfolio, focusing on pre-sales, post-sales, onboarding, and technical support. You will also take on a leadership role within the technical/operations department, guiding and supporting a team of engineers to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex SolidWorks-related issues.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and consultations to understand customer needs.
- Design and deliver training programs for new users, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to recommend tailored SolidWorks solutions based on customer requirements.
- Stay current with the latest SolidWorks features and certifications through continuous learning.
- Mentor and lead a technical team, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field; or a Diploma in Engineering with relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with a solid foundation in mechanical design principles.
- Must have prior experience in a managerial or team lead role within a technical environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of SolidWorks and related applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
