Qualifications:
  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.
  • Preferably formerly from a Multinational/Global company supplying industrial equipment.
  • Preferably a National Diploma Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
  • Sales Support Coordinator who will play a vital role in enabling seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • This role involves end-to-end support for the sales cycle from processing orders to logistics coordination and customer engagement.
  • Organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Capable of multitasking under pressure, highly responsive, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties:
  • Process customer sales orders accurately and timeously.
  • Track and communicate the status of customers orders with internal team departments and clients.
  • Updating delivery dates on CRM.
  • Handle incoming customer queries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Compliance EUC / Export Control
  • Ensure customers receive the best quality and professional service
  • Work closely with finance to support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations
  • Align with finance on payment terms and credit limits
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Assist with stock availability checks and maintain accurate forecasting records
  • Export and Cross Trade to other African countries (knowledge of incoterms)
  • Track backorders and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate stock movements to customers with the warehouse and branches.
  • Prepare an Invoicing projection and forecast reports.
  • Will be required to do reports for management and other administrative duties.
  • Give accurate and constant feedback to management.
  • Build good relationships with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation and reporting).
