  • Consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for team members.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Arrange meetings, book venues, and prepare agendas.
  • Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating team projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Provide support in compiling data, research, or materials for team initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the team and other departments.
  • Reorder office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.
  • Actively engage as a team member in all team processes.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory, legislative and permitting requirements
Qualifications
  • Relevant certification
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in an administrative or support role, preferably in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
