- Consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for team members.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Arrange meetings, book venues, and prepare agendas.
- Take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Assist in coordinating team projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Provide support in compiling data, research, or materials for team initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the team and other departments.
- Reorder office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Actively engage as a team member in all team processes.
- Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory, legislative and permitting requirements
- Relevant certification
- Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years in an administrative or support role, preferably in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
