
HR & Payroll Specialist (Europe Support)

- Collate and process monthly payroll inputs from client systems.
- Convert client payroll data into compatible formats for our internal system.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure completeness of payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely distribution of payroll outputs, such as payroll reports, pay slips and invoice, from internal teams to clients.
- Upload payroll output files to designated locations or client systems in line with SLAs.
- Keep internal documentation and checklists up to date for accurate monthly payroll tasks.
- Promptly report issues to the manager, identify root causes and suggest solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Timely and accurately validates expense receipts for European payroll team.
- Maintain and update employee records in the designated HR systems.
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities by coordinating with internal teams and updating client or statutory records where applicable.
- Assist with organizing and tracking HR compliance documents.
- Collaborate with local teams for language-specific HR tasks or government reporting, where applicable.
- Provide client-specific administrative support for HR documentation, checklists, and workflows.
- Support internal initiatives to improve service delivery across HR and Payroll.
- Work collaboratively with teams in Asia, Europe, and other regions as needed.
- Ad hoc requests if required.
- Higher Diploma in HR, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge with additional languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working with global teams in European time zones.
