We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience and maximize sales through attractive product displays and layouts. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing visual strategies, dressing mannequins, arranging merchandise, and ensuring that all displays align with the brand’s image and seasonal campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Design and set up appealing visual displays, window arrangements, and in-store layoutsArrange products in a way that highlights key items, promotions, or seasonal themesDress mannequins and style display areas according to fashion trends and brand guidelinesWork closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement visual strategiesMaintain the overall visual appeal and tidiness of the storeMonitor inventory levels and ensure that displays are well-stocked and rotated regularlyAnalyze sales and customer feedback to improve visual presentationStay updated on market trends, competitor displays, and visual merchandising innovationsAssist in planning store openings, product launches, and promotional setupsEnsure all visual elements comply with safety and brand standardsRequirements:Matric / Grade 12 (a qualification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail, or Design is an advantage)1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail styling, or store layout design (entry-level candidates may be considered for junior roles)Strong eye for design, color coordination, and spatial awarenessCreative mindset with attention to detailGood understanding of current fashion and retail trendsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift, move, and arrange products and fixturesStrong time-management skills and ability to work under pressureProficiency in design tools or software (advantageous but not required)SALARY: MARKET RELATED.The post appeared first on .
