We are looking for an experienced and innovative Site Supervisor/Fitter to oversee all aluminium products installations on sites that will be the primary task. The site supervisor/fitter responsibilities will include breaking out and fitting all aluminium products, supervise and manage site teams and ensure all procedures are followed.The successful site supervisor/fitter should be quality-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations regarding aluminium. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor/fitter should be able to interpret plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow safety procedures and wear protective clothing.
Break out and fit all aluminium products on Site.
Supervise and Manage Site Team, and ensure all procedures are followed.
Take responsibility for all tools and equipment on site.
Report to the Site Manager on progress of Site and any issues which may arise.
Measuring of work to be put into Production.
Ensure correct PPE is worn by Site employees.
Adhere to safety regulations on Site and follow Safety Protocol.
Liaise with Clients on Site with regard to work carried out.
Measure Sites for Quotations and manufacturing.
Ensure the Company vehicle is kept neat and tidy.
Ensure the Company vehicle is washed on a weekly basis.
Any other reasonable instructions within the scope of work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years experience.
Grade 12 or relevant certificate
Current valid driving license.
