
Paid Search and Social Specialist

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Build fully integrated strategies that focus on lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign scalability
- Use a range of digital tools and platforms to analyze campaign data and make informed optimizations
- Relentlessly test and refine audience targeting to maximize ROI
- Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, budgets, and pacing — identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conduct research into new channels and campaign formats to improve reach, efficiency, and lead quality
- Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, bid strategies, and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and CRM teams to ensure end-to-end campaign performance
- Focus on both front-end performance (ad engagement, CPL, CTR) and backend outcomes (lead quality, conversions, client ROI)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads,
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Experience in LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Microsoft ads are a bonus
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and funnel optimization, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and high-ROI lead generation
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant major is beneficial but experience is key
- Advanced web skills and high proficiency in Excel, ad platforms, and campaign management tools
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Experience using and interpreting Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Knowledge of landing page optimization best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable — with the discipline to manage and optimize campaigns independently
- Ability to adjust strategy to meet specific CPL/CPA and conversion targets for different campaign objectives
- Budget-conscious with solid planning and execution skills
- A team player who thrives both independently and within a collaborative environment
- Willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback, with a mindset geared toward continuous learning and growth
- Experience in financial services and/or automotive
- Strong creative instincts and basic skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for ad asset testing
- Experience in lead generation as a service of any business.
