Reporting to the CEO, our client, a leading national FMCG distributor seeks a dynamic Forecourts Channel Head to drive sales for the entire national business.Responsible for:
  • Oversee 10 Regional Sales Managers, ensuring call cycles are followed; mentoring of the FSM's; organising product knowledge and sales training for sales representatives; ensuring targets are set and growth is achieved
  • Working as a team member within the executive team
  • Development and implement a full and detailed strategy for the channel
  • Growing conformance in each Banner for the top 20 suppliers
  • Driving sales of major suppliers
  • Driving sales of all home brands
  • Driving and launching sales of new products and suppliers
  • Meeting budget/s and setting the new sales budgets annually
  • Liaison with all Banners and building relationships
  • Growing sales in all forecourts in both banners and Independents
  • Creating strategy reports
