  • The Banqueting chef will plan, prepare, and execute menus for Banquets, Conferences, Weddings, and Private Functions.
  • Ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard of taste, quality, and consistency.
  • Excellent leadership and menu planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
