- Formal Culinary Qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Banqueting Chef or in a similar role within a 5* hotel.
- The Banqueting chef will plan, prepare, and execute menus for Banquets, Conferences, Weddings, and Private Functions.
- Ensure dishes are presented to the highest standard of taste, quality, and consistency.
- Excellent leadership and menu planning.
- Ability to work under pressure.
