A respected, long-standing business with a strong footprint across Southern Africa is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee its finance function. The role focuses on accurate reporting, strategic input, and efficient processes to support ongoing growth.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and audits.
Improve financial systems, internal controls, and processes.
Provide financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Work closely with senior management and operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Support capital planning and investment decisions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably in a product-driven or technical industry.
Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
Proven record in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and cost management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
